My son attended the camp. The coaches were great. Everything is scheduled and planed well. The kids loved it, and learned so much. Suprised how much effort went in to teaching instead of just entertaining. The only this was it didn’t always end on time, had I had to wait a few minuites at the end because Coach talks to the players afterwards and gets carried away.
My sons went to a camp at a little league back in the fall with Coach Alamo. He had 12 college players as instructors and it was great. My sons got more out of it than they had learned with everyone else together. Camp was real quality, well organized, and they had fun. I thought it was going to be a disorganized event when so many kids but they were put in stations and rotated with a small group of kids per coach.

I was at a camp earlier in the year and I must say I was impressed. Coach Alamo appeared to be in control of every direction which can be a problem with young kids. The campers seemed interested in nearly every drill and I believe they got a lot out of it. The help at these camps are college coaches or players and they too did well. There were a few breaks inbetween drills, but the camp was run smoothly overall. Great instruction!

My son has done camps in the past, and Coach Alamo’s camp far outshines every other camp, even the Hooks baseball camp. Everything was outlined in the schedule he gave us at the beginning of camp, so parents could see what kids were learning and ask about that days activities. I also appreciated the notebook he gave them at end of the week, so they could go back and review the notes they had written, and also the comments he had written for them. Well worth the price!!!

My boys have attended two of Coach Alamo’s camps and really gotten a lot out of them. Their skills and confidence have improved dramatically, AND they had a lot of fun as well. We will definitely send our boys there again.
